hi everyone! i thought i'd share a quick and easy idea today.
this candelabra -(a junk store xmas present)- had a shiny brass finish, but, after a quick coat of brown craft paint, it now has a rusty look. all i had to do was drape some crystals on it.
here's a close up. you can see the gold peeking through the brown paint.
and when i'm done with this look...i'll spray paint it white!

That candelabra is beautiful. I think that it is wonderful that you plan on changing it with white paint later . . . two great looks for one lovely piece. That is using your noggin :)
